I’ve enjoyed a career focussing on sales, marketing & partnerships within the property technology, real estate and media sectors for the last 20+ years. I have been fortunate to work for some of Australia’s best known brands in real estate (Core Logic, REA Group & LJ Hooker), yet also had the privilege of working with unique and amazing founders of the Australian start-up space (RiTA & Beamly). In addition to this, I have also been part owner of start-up business. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of what it means to have ‘skin in the game’, to be passionate, to worry, to be excited and to learn. I have an adaptable nature and will thrive in any environment, creating opportunities through hard work and perseverance.I am a people person, passionate and empathetic. These attributes lend themselves well to direct customer sales. I also enjoy building and managing teams: hiring, training, mentoring. I am passionate about assisting team members grow and learn. I relish planning a strategy for success, implementing the strategy, mentoring and managing a team to execute & achieve our desired goals and exceed targets. I am a strong communicator, enjoying collaborating with various departments to achieve what we all strive for as a business. Having worked as head of departments for both sales and marketing teams, I feel fortunate to have a well founded wealth of experience which puts me in a unique position when it comes to understanding an overall company vision; to think of that vision through multiple lenses.My roles have always shared a common thread; to drive towards a goal & target, to reach and surpass that target and set a new standard for the following year.
