Responsible for all records upkeep, I collected, maintained, filed, and retrieved all manner of patient medical records and business/billing documents for Tanglewood Medical Supplies. Along with these responsibilities I maintained receptionist duties, answering the phones, new patient registration, retail sales of medical equipment such as lift chairs, bedside commodes, and CPAP accessories, money handling (cash register), doctor communications and follow ups, as well small order completions. This job required the ability to manage many cases at a time to ensure timely completion and consistent verbal and non verbal communication with coworkers, patients, insurance companies, doctors, and their staffs to ensure all necessary paperwork was completed accordingly.

As a field representative on Team Abbott I served as a crucial link between the voters of Texas and General (now Governor) Abbott. The field representative is at all times the face of the campaign. This position demanded follow through, as well as the maintaining of commitments and appropriate appearance at all times. As a representative of Greg Abbott, my principal objective was to interface with voters and sign them up to be on Team Abbott, serving as the eyes, ears, and often times the mouth of the campaign. The position was very much designed for the enterprising and networking professional; requiring not only the strength of your convictions, but a tactful approach to many situations that may attempt to place the representative in the middle of undesirable local disputes, maintaining and inspiring volunteers to find a clear focus on the task at hand: Electing the 48th Governor of the Great State of Texas.

Handled correspondence with grassroots conservatives and conservative organizations, informed voters and agriculture organizations of the benefits of conservative leadership and the issues facing Texas agriculture while giving them information on how Sid Miller plans to address these challenges. Wrote and sent blast emails and mailers updating voters, as well as conservative and republican leaders on the progress of the campaign while assisting newspapers and other media groups with writing and editing articles and advertisements for and about the campaign. Extensive organizational efforts and multi-tasking skills were required.

I worked extensively with customers from many backgrounds, ethnicities, classes, and origins. Put on finishing touches and served food and drinks for my customers as well as helping other servers with their customers and orders.
