Based in Reston, Virginia, Mr. Conrad is responsible for construction and development operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.With over 20 years of experience in real estate development & construction operations, he joined Willow Bridge/Lincoln Property Company in early in 2004. Mr. Conrad has been employed by three regional self-performing real estate development companies in various capacities over the past 22 years. He has worked on private and public projects ranging from multi-family residential of all types, federal government to commercial office and retail. He has extensive experience managing multiple projects concurrently as well as holding the responsibilities of pre-construction, development support and leadership services. His leadership skills have resulted in the successful completion of more than 49 multifamily and commercial projects. Mr. Conrad's expertise spans to all phases of the construction and development cycle, including, land acquisition, zoning, budgeting, design development, procurement, personnel and project management. Mr. Conrad and his family reside in Ijamsville, Maryland.
