The Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation is a Private Non-Profit Organization IAW AFI 34-223 and IRS Regulation Section 501(c)3. It operates on Dover AFB with the consent of the 436th Airlift Wing Commander. Its operation is contingent on compliance with the requirements and conditions of all applicable Air Force Instructions and federal, state and local laws governing similar civilian activities.The purpose of the Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation is to support the Air Mobility Command Museum (AMC Museum) in its mission as an aviation and aerospace, education, scientific, cultural, historical and inspirational facility for the general public and the Air Force community. The AMC Museum is part of the Air Force Heritage System and is an official Air Force entity.

I serve as a board member and help guide the decisions of the HOA Board related to budgeting, contractual services, and rules & regulations for the Village of Westover HOA.

Appointed as a committee member of the City of Dover's Legislative, finance and administration committee. The Committee shall advise the city council on proposed charter amendments, ordinances to be adopted or amended, and other legislative matters; and shall advise the city council on financial matters, including the city's budget, assessments, and taxation; and advise the city council on administrative issues, policy, procedures, and operations of the city. The legislative, finance, and administration committee shall act as an advisory committee to the city council regarding matters relating to the mayor, council, city manager's office, finance department, administrative services, city clerk's office, tax assessor's office, human resources department, central services department, information technology department, election board, pension boards, and any omitted or new departments or committees, and other areas as deemed appropriate.

As a Public Advisory Committee (PAC) member, I help to ensure that the MPO receives input from the public regarding all transportation plans, programs, and policies adopted by the Council. I was appointed by the Mayor of Dover to serve as a resident representative of the City.

Working with a great team of eight performance improvement professionals providing quality improvement, monitoring & data analysis, investigation, licensure, and accreditation services to Connections CSP’s wide array of mental health, substance use, medical, and dental care programs.

• Establish and coordinate all performance and continuous quality improvement and assurance operations for the Delaware Department of Correction’s Medical and Behavioral Healthcare contracts• Lead and train Performance Improvement department (direct reports) • Train on site continuous quality improvement nurses, infection control nurses, and chronic care nurses in applicable areas (indirect reports) • Analyze medical and behavioral health care services data to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and program successes using Six Sigma and and other improvement methodologies • Implement and manage a client service satisfaction program• Policy and standards compliance monitoring • Maintain National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) accreditation• Maintain American Correctional Association (ACA) accreditation • Report services and compliance to the Division of Public Health and Bureau of Correctional Healthcare Services (BCHS)• Draft and review healthcare policy changes for the State of Delaware• Strategic planning for future initiatives and operations
