Current• Led the development and execution of the financial planning process for 750 domestic restaurants generating $850M in annual revenue, including short and long-range forecasts encompassing strategic initiatives for all departments • Led and supported strategic financial initiatives, including valuation modeling for corporate restaurant openings, corporate acquisitions, corporate refranchising, franchisee transfers, corporate reimages, and digital and loyalty program profitability modeling • Identified and defined real estate strategy for lease renewals and corporate sale leasebacks that raised +$2.5M in incremental liquidity to further accelerate higher EBITDA ROI initiatives• Conducted in-depth financial analysis, including scenario modeling, P&L regression analysis, franchisee benchmarking, variance analysis, and identified risks and opportunities within financial data and provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team• Developed and implemented a digital fee initiative generating $1.7M in incremental income to support continued investments in our domestic digital capabilities to enhance the customer ordering experience, drive incremental transactions, team member efficiencies in restaurants, and improved order economics via our website and app
