I specialize in business law, in particular, in mergers and acquisitions, private financing, corporate restructuring, setting up foreign companies in Canada and in drafting every kind of commercial contract. As such, I advise and represent several companies with regard to all their business projects whether in the manufacturing, service or technology sectors and with regard to intellectual property. I am also called upon to represent amateur and professional athletes and sports organizations in connection with negotiating various commercial agreements. In addition, I was involved in the happening and organization of the national sports competition in the Quebec City area.
