CurrentI specialize in business law, in particular, in mergers and acquisitions, private financing, corporate restructuring, setting up foreign companies in Canada and in drafting every kind of commercial contract. As such, I advise and represent several companies with regard to all their business projects whether in the manufacturing, service or technology sectors and with regard to intellectual property. I am also called upon to represent amateur and professional athletes and sports organizations in connection with negotiating various commercial agreements. In addition, I was involved in the happening and organization of the national sports competition in the Quebec City area.
