Lead Qa Engineer
Current- Manage and Lead a team of remote QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.- Strategically plan, design, and implement robust Quality Assurance strategies and best practices. - Proactively drive corrective and preventive actions at a leadership level, ensuring project completion and recurrence control by providing necessary resources.- Oversee the development, revision, and updating of existing QA plans and test cases.- Conduct comprehensive Risk Analysis and execute detailed QA plans encompassing functional, regression, usability, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end tests regularly and at key milestones across multiple platforms.- Mentor and guide team in quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures, enhancing team competence and performance.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with development, product management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless planning, development, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.- Collaborate with the development team to introduce and implement the shift-left testing approach, conducting tests in the early stages of development to optimize cost-efficiency and product quality.- Meticulously document new bugs, usability issues, feature requests, prioritizing them for development to enhance product functionality and user experience.- Implement, troubleshoot, and assist customers with SSO integrations, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience.SOC 2 Compliance Leadership:- Lead SOC 2 compliance program, identifying dependencies, defining success metrics, and ensuring timely and successful completion of compliance initiatives.-Design, implement, monitor, and maintain robust SOC 2 controls to safeguard organizational security.-Identify, assess, and provide expert guidance on information security risks, enhancing overall security posture.Hiring:Conduct interviews, crafting candidate assessments, and deliver talks on company values.
