• Part of a three person team responsible for managing the U.S. Mid-Cap Growth strategy (DRMCX US).• Part of a three person team managing the Global Space thematic fund (49311189 JP).• Part of a seven person team managing the Innovative Decarbonization fund (79312213 JP). • Responsible for stock selection in U.S. Industrials, Materials, Consumer, and Real Estate sectors on SMID strategies while maintain a generalist role on the Global Space and Innovative Carbon Neutral strategies.• Manage portfolio risk through sensitivity analysis of holdings to a variety of macro and style factors in order to ensure optimal fundamental exposure.• Actively engage with companies on environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) factors to better manage tail risk.

• Responsible for idea generation in the U.S. Real Estate and Materials sectors including REITs, Lodging, Home Goods, Chemicals, Homebuilding, Building Products, Construction Materials, Packaging. Investment recommendations have outperformed benchmark (R1000) in two of three years and outperforming YTD.• Research and analyze company fundamentals through in-depth financial modeling, corporate management meetings, channel checks, evaluating economic data, and maintaining regular dialog with a robust network of industry contacts to generate investment ideas.• Produce weekly report across all subsectors covered to identify potential upcoming catalysts, assess recent trading patterns and investor sentiment, compare both absolute and relative valuation, and recent earnings revisions.• Actively engage with company executives to discuss / provide advice on corporate strategy, optimal capital structure, and investor communication.
