As an Service Operations Specialist, I lead a support team compose of Call Center Agents, Technical Support Agents and Field Technicians that resolves store operations concerns and supports in rollout of company projects. I create monthly reports and present it to Operations Managers. I conduct assessment, planning, management and control of Software and Hardware deployment.

I liaise with different stakeholders particularly in WoD affected communities in Metro Manila. I assist in planning and coordinating with the AHRC project team. As a Two Futures Intern, I made data analysis on company's inventory and sales which includes data extraction and data presentation using graphs and computations. I evaluate the deliveries, shipments, product levels and current forecasting method to improve inventory control procedures. I also generate demand forecast for the next months using product analysis.

As an instructor, I taught Algebra, Trigonometry and Elementary Calculus and demo on-hand application to students. I assessed papers then provided analysis and recommendation afterwards. I made children understand the lesson in the simplest and easiest way.
