Originally recruited during the final phase of the renovation of the historic building on North Calvert Street. Assumed coordination of the projects to to install all new CAT6 ethernet, fiber and wireless network infrastructure throughout the building. Assumed control of IT operations already running in a temporary facility being occupied during renovation. Designed the newly renovated server room space to accommodate existing server infrastructure, relocated the system and end user equipment to the new environment. ● Remove legacy hardware, update servers and consolidate services to modernize systems and reduce overhead.● Manage VOIP Mitel based phone system by GTB Flexpoint. ● Added HVAC network connectivity securely behind existing infrastructure to allow remote management. Helped manage and train incoming employees on the HVAC management system. .● Remade company website on WordPress and tied to our Tessitura database on the backend, funded by a grant in conjunction with Development to fund the entire project and first years hosting cost were 100% covered, ultimately saving $250k on remake and 10k in annual budget vs original.● Hired a Tessitura Database Coordinator to manage the database, collaborate with employees and implement data analytics dashboards, also paramount in implementing Tessitura’s TNEW integrated website to create a dynamic cost effective system that will allow for mode of sale, donations and other dynamic functionality to be controlled and captured via the house Tessitura database administration.

Trans Canada by rail, re-entered by boat to Port Angeles to make my way to spend a week at Toor Camp in Neah Bay, Washington. After a couple of days to clean up in Seattle I used buses and trains to travel down to El Portal, California to spend the night before setting off on a two week solo hike through Yosemite. Starting from Hetch Hetchy up the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne then down the Muir trail to enter Yosemite Valley and see it the first time by foot. Flew back to east to Canada to spend a couple of weeks in the on the Georgian Bay then down to the Eastern Shore for a week before returning home.
