Responsible for providing technical support to customers, maintaining and repairing equipment, installing new equipment, documenting work, and staying up-to-date on industry trends. I may also be responsible for developing and delivering training to customers and employees, creating and maintaining service documentation, participating in customer satisfaction surveys, and representing the company at industry events.

Responsible for developing, researching, and providing technical support for broadcast systems. This includes working with other engineers and industry organizations to create standards for broadcast equipment, investigating new ways to transmit audio and video, and troubleshooting problems. I also work with clients and customers to ensure that their broadcast systems are operating properly and that they are satisfied with the services they receive.

Responsible for leading and managing telecommunication project teams. This includes setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, which includes clients, vendors, and other internal teams. Identifying and resolving problems that arise during the project. Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Identifying and managing risks that could impact the project. This includes developing contingency plans and mitigating risks.
