After receiving awards at the "Partners in Learning Forums," I gained worldwide recognition as a "Microsoft Expert Educator - Fellow," a life-changing experience that inspired me to found my company. My passion is to create meaningful content that addresses the day-to-day needs of music educators and students in the 21st century. I had the opportunity to share my experience with Microsoft technologies, discuss the challenges in education, and explore the meaning of entrepreneurship and leadership in this rapidly changing world. As a result, I was invited to a variety of events around the world to share and present my experience publicly. I also had the honor of serving as a fellow member at the E2 - Educators Exchange held at Microsoft's headquarters in Redmond in 2015, which was an indescribable experience. From being a participant in this educational program, I became a learner and an influencer in the educational field of Microsoft.

In December 2008, my career took a new turn when I became the proud owner and pedagogical director of the Academia de Música da Lousã, which is now known as the Classplash Music Academy. As a guitar, vocal, and piano teacher, I had a passion for promoting artistic education in the municipality of Lousã and spreading awareness about the importance of contemporary education from a generalist perspective. I strongly believe in the recognition of "non-erudite" instruments such as the electric guitar, and I'm proud to say that the academy has witnessed successful admissions of my students to higher education courses in the field of music, as well as national competitions such as the Golden Voice Talent Competition - SEAT, Blim Records, AUREA, Factor X, Idols, and many more. After the foundation of Classplash, the music academy became the first franchise of the company, allowing us to implement the groundbreaking concept of gamification in music education. This approach has allowed us to change the paradigm in music learning in the 21st century, making it more fun and engaging for students of all ages.
