About José Cravino

I am an Assistant Professor of Physics at the School of Science and Technology (ECT) of the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD). Currently I am the director of the Physics Department.At this university I teach and supervise graduate and post-graduate students in several programs, namely in the doctoral program in Science and Technology Education Research and in the doctoral program in Web Science and Technology (joint degree UTAD and Universidade Aberta).I am also a researcher at the Research Centre "Didactics and Technology in Education of Trainers" (CIDTFF) at the University of Aveiro.My research interests are: Physics Education, STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education), Educational Technology and Teacher Education.I hold a BSc. in Physics from the University of Coimbra and a Ph.D. in Physics/Physics Education Research from the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD).
