In this role, I manage our Customer Service for two business channels; Vending and Micro Markets. I manage installations of Micro Markets and work with clients to set and manage their expectations. I am also a key contact for most of our major Vending clients.Another major portion of this role is helping coordinate with our sector partners with regard to their operations around British Columbia.

As Vending Supervisor, I was tasked with organizing our Front Line workers as well as hire new employees.
