Reynolds & Associates, LLC. Premiere Landscape Services has been successful for 23 years, and J.C. Reynolds & Associates, LLC has been successful for going on 10 years.* Built and managed landman teams in West Texas, Colorado, and Kansas for various clients the broker worked for. Most notable was a 13 county project in Southern Kansas with over 160 landmen. Ultimately leasing almost 300,000 gross acres.* Through education and experience, I have learned financial analysis, corporate strategy and planning methods, decision making skills
