Hello, Fellow LinkedIn colleagues! I am an alumnus of CSULB graduating with a degree in Engineering Technology. I decided to go into Transportation right out of college and have enjoyed and excelled since graduating. During my college years, I enjoyed being the President of ISHM (Integrated Society of Hybrid Microelectronics) and competing against the tech schools in Robotics competitions against Engineering Schools like Cal Poly, MIT, and others. This experience gave me a focus to compete and I have excelled in the logistics industry using polished engineering principles learned while in college and real-world experience. With the unique baseball name of my alumni, CSULB, I love this quote from Bobby Crosby, shortstop, Oakland Athletics: "Being a Dirtbag means giving 100 percent in everything you do...going all-out on every play, and always putting the team before yourself."Now to Business:35+ years in the transportation industry focused on bridging multiple facets of the supply chain into 1 seamless streamlined solution. Started from developing a territory from $15K to over $5M in LTL yearly revenue and progressed to Regional Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Logistics and implemented and managed the company's sales training. Took charge and helped pace drastic growth from $40M to $110 M in less than 7 years. I then transitioned to Freight Brokerage, owning a Rail Drayage Agency, to complete Business Ownership in the logistics, warehousing & supply chain solution industry.I have opened 3 warehouse facilities and am currently involved in opening another in Gainesville, GA s well as Gadsden, AL.
