John is the former President of N. Christensen & Son Real Estate in Racine. He joined that firm in May,1977 as a salesperson and became President in 2001. At First Weber, John is the General Sales Manager of the Racine office. John graduated from Marquette University in 1975 with a BS Degree in Business Administration. As the Office Manager, John's focus is to provide the leadership, guidance and motivation to Racine's professional sales staff. Through on-going training and years of professional and transactional experiences, John works to make sure that his agents have all of the tools, training and support they need to continue to be the best of the best in the Racine/Kenosha real estate communities. Real estate sales is a very exciting and financially rewarding career and a large part of John's responsibilities involve working to attract the next generation of excellent, professional salespeople. John takes great interest in providing the motivation and encouragement necessary for students to successfully complete the state licensing requirements. John's family includes his wife of 47 years, Ginny; son, John and his children Ariella, Asher and Emmett; and, son Joe, his wife Libby and their children Jackson, Keagan and Odin.
