I've been working in the transportation industry for eight years. I've worked in dispatch, operations management, and brokerage, as well as holding my CDL and spent time behind the wheel OTR and regional. I've developed a passion for specialized transportation, heavy, over-dimensional, custom, hazardous, or just about anything unique that moves down the road. At Evans I am responsible for managing our growing specialized transportation services. I started in Dec of 2020 and have been working to steadily grow the business and our network over that time. I believe that there's always something new to learn in this industry but there needs to be people passing that knowledge down so I make a point to help those new to the industry learn the ins and outs and how to not only be successful but ethical and honest in this business. Transportation is all about relationships and building trust between customers, brokers, dispatchers, managers, loading crews, transport services and most importantly the drivers. Moving specialized freight requires a team effort from all people involved and I make a point to regularly build up those relationships and grow that experience base to have the best people on the loads that I move.
