Responsibility for the overall production within 2 plants in the Company’s Chapin Campus located in the greater Saint Louis area. Responsible for all production related activities for both facilities covering multiple shifts and 5 to 7 days of operation. Total employees in my organization number approximately 240, including Union and non-union personnel, with 9 total direct reports. Functions under my control include production, budgeting, capital expenditure, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for all production related activities for all facilities covering multiple shifts and 5 to 7 days of operation. Total employees in my organization number approximately 150, with 6 total direct reports. Functions under my control include production, forecasting, planning, budgeting, capital expenditure, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement

Overall responsibility for all manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement projects within the company. Manage the company's sole manufacturing site in Saint Louis, MO. Develop, deploy and report metrics for the company's key performance Indicators. Determine staffing requirements and budgetary requirements to meet company's projected sales volume. Initiate continuous improvement projects to increase labor efficiency, reduce inventory, improve quality, increase service levels, and reduce material costs. Develop and implement a supplier reduction program through the development of key strategic partners.

Overall responsibility for all manufacturing, supply chain and IT services within the company. Manage two manufacturing sites located in St Louis, MO and Seymour, IN. Develop and deploy metric based measurement system to assure alignment with company strategic goals. As part of the senior leadership team, develop and deploy strategic initiatives, programs and projects. Establish annual operational budget in line with projected company sales. Conduct negotiations on key raw materials, service contracts and construction contracts.

Develop and deploy the Lean Six Sigma program within the KV Pharmaceutical organization. Approve, oversee and complete projects using the DMAIC methodology. Design, develop and approve reporting metrics, project selection criteria and project approval process. Conduct reviews of projects and program results with the executive steering committee. Develop and lead training programs to bring Lean Six Sigma training in house. Ensure timely and successful project completion to meet organizational goals and commitments. Develop and deploy standard templates and computer based tracking system.

Developed and deployed inventory management systems to reduce inventory and increase fulfillment rates. Enhanced scheduling processes to ensure efficient use of available resources to include; facilities, employees and equipment. Worked with senior leadership and customer service to enhance and improve customer satisfaction. Oversaw and coordinated all 3rd party manufacturing for the company. Negotiated all supply and manufacturing contracts. Lead the new product development approval and tracking process.
