He has been the Commercial and Marketing Director of Seco Tools Brasil (during 6 years), and has worked for 17 years at Sandvik do Brasil, where he has held positions as General Sales Manager, Technical Manager, Business Manager, Special Tools Production Manager, and Training Manager ,among others. He has been a Technical Planner and a Production Supervisor at Mercedes Benz Brasil.He is a Business Administrator with post graduation in Marketing and specialization course in “Training for International Operations” at the Swedish Institute of Management-IFL.As a University professor of Business Administration and postgraduate Business Administration programs, he has developed the course for “Negotiation Techniques for the Competitives Markets” and “Time Management”, because of the need of these practical courses.He has dedicated himself over 30 years to customer service team successful training, on sales and technical assistance.He has been business consultant since 2007 for the areas where he has acquired experience as an Administrator and University teacher, especially Organizational Process of Restructuring,Training and Executive Coaching/Mentoring.
