Experience with: • Management of sustainability teams.• Corporate policy development e.g. Code of Conduct for business partner and Global Human Right policy.• Risk management framework including due diligence of suppliers, customers, JV partners, and M&A´s (risk based screenings, desktop and onsite assessments, audits, improvement plans etc.).• Sustainability due diligence of communities (human rights impact assessments, community feedback mechanisms, indigenous people, and free, prior and informed consent (FPIC)). • Due diligence governance incl. steering committees, escalation process, integration into line decision making etc.• Training and capacity building of internal stakeholders and external business partners.• Management system integration of expectations within UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, IFC Performance Standards, EU CSDDD, UK Modern Slavery Act, Norwegian Transparency Act, The US Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, and the EU Forced Labour Ban Regulation. • ESG/Compliance Reporting incl. CSRDD, EU Taxonomy, UK Modern Slavery Act and other market specific requirements.• Sustainability Advisory Boards.• Stakeholder management/engagement.• Issue/dilemma management – labour and human rights, migrant workers, indigenous people etc.• Grievance and access to remedy.
