I provide direct oversight to the Director of Integrated Youth Services, the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and the Manager of Fund Development and Communications. Specifically through my role, I provide strategic leadership in the following portfolio areas:- External Relations, Advocacy, Policy, and Government Relations: works closely with the Executive Director to manage provincial and federal government contracts and advocate for systems levels change (e.g. basic income, incomes support reform, investment in early intervention and prevention, etc.) - Data, Evaluation and Impact Measurement: works with the Manager of Strategic Initiatives in the development and evaluation of CFY's impact measurement strategy, including oversight of a shared client management strategy, data dashboards, and privacy procedures.- Growth of Integrated Youth Services: works with the Director of Integrated Youth Services with the goal of scaling from one Integrated Youth Services site in St. John's to five across NL in partnership with 65+ community partners.- Communications, Branding and Marketing: oversees the ongoing development of CFY's brand to, while working towards high-quality annual reporting, and clear and captivating internal and external communications. - Development and Fundraising: works with the Fund Development and Communications Manager to build long-standing relationships with funders to sustain and build CFY's innovative programming model to support youth across our province.
