• Product quality and failure analysis of mechanical hardware and associated Android application.-- Successfully developed a separate application for Android alongside this project.• Independently developed effective firmware for Bluetooth hardware (Patent Pending). Novel PCB Design and testing for the associated power management hardware was performed using Eagle along with handmade electronic prototypes.• Project management for prototyping and turnkey manufacturing of electrical and mechanical hardware. • Maintained a supervisory role for electrical engineering staff.

• Testing, repair and calibration of a twelve ton submersible load cell and its data acquisition system. • Hardware was designed for remote measurement and damage prevention of offshore salmon fishery netting in the Bay of Fundy.

• Successfully and independently designed, manufactured and implemented equipment and instrumentation for gathering haptic force and position data from the interface between a Search and Rescue Technician's hand and helicopter hoist cable. Data was collected while the technician was attempting to control cable sway.• Control and data acquisition software was written using LabView and Python. Real-time force, and vision based position data were collected and processed.

• Contributed to the successful development of a forecasting program used to predict and analyze fluid and sulfur dioxide production.
