Hey. My name is Juan Carlos Saravia and I am from La Ceiba, Honduras and first of my family to study in a foreign country. I am an Industrial Engineering Alumni from University of Central Florida, graduated December 2021. I am an aspiring Industrial Engineer with entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about personal development and innovation, proficient with project management, continuous process improvement, lean thinking, disruption, e-commerce, and providing better solutionsI began my journey by joining the Pre- Engineering program at Lindenwood University. In the beginning, things were going great, I was involve with the student-work program and also had to persevere and push through a couple of classes. In short, “Student Life.” Definitely, I learned to not neglect the work and grind as much as necessary, not cutting corners. After three years, I transferred from Lindenwood University. I lived 8 months Vancouver, CA and then enrolled in University of Central Florida.I can say that in the face of challenge and uncertainty, I have endure and come through successfully, along with the support of my family and peers. Personally, it’s something that I’m proud of. Many times in the edge of falling if keep itinerating and adapting, we can see how situations unveiled and end up unexpectedly working out. Situations like business endeavors, job opportunities, and classes only to name a few.I’m set on the legacy each individual person on this planet can leave, but before legacy comes purpose. After experiencing many industries like construction, logistics, real estate, and others, I can say that innovative solutions come from combining factors that are seemingly unrelated. That said, at this moment, I believe my purpose to be to give value and provide the best solutions possible to individuals and businesses that allows them to reduce their wastes and scales their benefits.An idealistic life is not reality as is perfection, inside perfection comes imperfection. Whether for cultivating skills, completing a project, or starting your own business, obstacles and setbacks are part of the journey.
