Hr Business Partner
Current• Serve as the primary human resources contact for assigned properties in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Jacksonville. • Partner with leadership (vice presidents, regional directors, managers and supervisors) to align business strategy with people operations for the Tampa area and Jacksonville markets through regular collaboration, including participation in recurring leadership meetings, quarterly meetings, and one-on-one meetings.• Responsible for responding timely to all management and associate inquiries regarding programs relating to employee relations, benefits, retirement, HRIS (ADP) troubleshooting, as well as implementation and communication of the associate handbook, policies and procedures.• Provide support with employee relation counseling and related activities, including progressive discipline including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and investigations.• Participate in the annual benefits open enrollment and performance evaluations processes, new hire orientation, timekeeping, payroll, delivering virtual and in-person training, leave administration, employee relations, and communications for benefits, social purpose and human resources.• Coordinate daily transactions within properties and provide guidance and assistance to employees with research, questions and concerns.• Travel when necessary to perform site visits for new contract start-ups, investigations, partnering with managers and to ensure compliance.
