I have been in the 3rd party certification industry for over 10 years responsible for operations, management and development and working directly with companies to assess their needs and aide in providing the best certification services through excellent customer satisfaction and only the best, most experienced auditors.

The American Society for Quality has been in my life since I was a child. My father was always actively involved and then when I entered the quality arena, it was only natural. The organization is an excellent source for continuing education, career development and a social network of collegues whose common goals are improvement in quality from consumer products through healthcare and beyond. I have been actively involved in the annual fall conference and have served as a section officer for the past 4 years as secretary and treasurer of the local section.

Responsible for the overall operations for this 3rd-Party certification company. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: development of certification programs; management of qualification and training, and development of team members and auditors; financial reporting; management of the audit process from contract review through certification decisions; design, development and maintenance of company website and online quote, inquiry and complaints system; and design, development of organizational marketing materials and campaign materials.

Responsible for support of three sales managers and the regional operations manager for this national business andforms development organization. Responsibilities included: development and response to RFQ's; quarterly and annualpresentations; development and maintenance of sales reports for commissions, sales figures and impact of sales onannual quotas.
