Behavioral Interventionalist
Current- Collaborate with professionals, teachers, and supervisors to assess behaviors and develop goal plans for clients.- Implement behavioral health plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, and provide ongoing progress assessments during sessions.- Create and refine strategies for behavioral assessments and analysis alongside assisting families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home and at the support center.- Lead classes in the absence of the teacher.- Collect data related to Client’s progress during treatment sessions- Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.- Promote engagement within the Client to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.- Consulting with case Supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.
