- Owned the UX Quality Linter, a pipeline tool to check code quality and maintain frontend standards throughout the company. I led a small team of contributors to the project, while fielding support and feature requests. - Contributed to the Semantic Token Migration project, a site-wide code initiative to move from standard variables to semantic tokens for styling. We worked individually with each repository ownership team to ensure a clean transition, while completing the actual migration ourselves. - Worked with Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Project Owners on the Tools & Insights team, which was responsible for building and maintaining essential applications to streamline development and support various disciplines across the company. Example capabilities include user masquerading, per-component local development overrides, and GraphQL call sniffing.- Added fixes and component changes to the Indeed Foundation Library and Indeed Pattern Library, which are global component libraries used for the majority of Indeed’s frontend.

- Worked on projects ranging from small WordPress microsites to sprawling JavaScript-heavy applications with a Java backend. While embedded with backend developers from our parent company, I took the opportunity to learn more about backend technologies and share frontend best practices. - Became a mentor and lead for frontend developers when the acting lead left the company.- Participated in UX workshops and acted as a UX and development consultant for various clients.

- Developed websites and component libraries for multiple clients from a variety of verticals utilizing Fabricator, KnockoutJS, Javascript, Webpack, and CraftCMS.- Collaborated with our design team from the earliest stages of projects to ensure the best user experience while keeping timelines short. - Worked closely with the lead developer to balance workloads and ensure our small team could handle the pipeline of projects.

Helped create multiple web experiences and HTML5 applications. Some of the frameworks and tools I used included Ruby/Rails, Sencha, and WordPress. At Chepri, there was a significant focus on client interaction and self-management, as well as working closely with designers and back-end developers to accomplish goals.

During my time at Resource, I developed examples for and helped curate an internal code repository, which was used to maintain consistent code practices and reduce development time.

Handled most of WorthPoint’s day-to-day design needs (web and print), acted as lead designer for the GoAntiques website, and assisted in the management of developers working on the project.
