Managed a 24-hour / 7 day operation with up to 20 employees and 3 supervisors. Responsibilities:  Ensure a seamless transition from conventional negative film Pre-Press operations to a complete digital Pre-Press workflow. Ensuring that production schedules are met on a daily basis with appropriate crewing and equipment.

Dyersburg Tn Division

Supervised up to 20 crew members on a day to day basis and was responsible for meeting the production schedules of up to nine Offset Presses.
