“從一開始”是一個由我在台灣的學生們啓發的機構，其中的主要任務是在未來的20年中，逐漸改變台灣的傳統思考框架，思維限制等的一些局限。根據多方觀察，台灣目前有很多人面對許多困擾，譬如自信缺乏，職業迷茫/疲乏/停滯，空虛的人際關係，和缺乏滿足感等。這些往往都與思想和方法有關，而我們的存在就是爲了幫助大家突破這等思維的框架。針對目前25-35年齡的新人，我們將全力幫助和培養他們突破自己設下的局限。爲此，我們提供免費的周會，讓大家每一周都有自己的歸屬，沉澱，反思，和負責的目標。在每一周重複檢視的習慣下，成長是必然的。我們還會提供一系列的免費教學短片，給予思考方向和方法。在眾多訊息轟炸的時代裏，有太多雜音，我們將成爲清晰的燈塔，讓大家重新找回方向。最後，我們會有一系列的Podcast，訪問許多 ‘過來人’。 雖然很多人目前還在努力突破，台灣還是有許多優秀的朋友們已經體驗和突破了許多。我們會盛情邀請他們分享他們的故事和經歷，以幫助還在泥沼裏的朋友們，助他們早日脫困。最後，我只是個起頭人。我的目標很單純，不斷培養，不斷提供和增加價值，希望有一天可以有機會看見台灣60%的人口因爲 ‘從一開始’ 而得到他們所需要的啓發，動力，和勇氣去追逐他們自己要的人生。

我最初開始這個業務的目的是一個社會實驗來證實我創業課的務實性和成效給學生看。原本的計劃是在兩年內，通過執行和運用我教授的概念和方法，達到每月產生1萬美元的收入。這個實驗成果非常成功并讓我在6個月內就達到了目標。令我驚訝的是，我從我的AT學生那裡找到了新的目標。他們激勵我走出退休生活，並用我的閒暇時間做一些有意義的事情。因此我重新找到了我的熱情，並找到了新的能量來開始我人生的下一個章節，“從1開始”。雖然AT是一個語言教學平台，但我能夠以一種創新的方式看待它並創建了自己的品牌優勢，使我與其他上萬名的AT教師中區別開來。現在，我越來越多地專注於教授商業英文外的實用技能，如銷售、市場營銷、創業學、面試準備、簡歷寫作和個人發展等。看到我的學生們一步步進步成長是我最大的動力，我也期待他們將來在各自領域發光發熱的消息。

I supported multiple offices and over 100 employees. I ran a comprehensive ticketing system along with other third-party vendors that provided additional support outside of everyday office needs.I worked both on-site and remotely.

I worked independently with minimal supervision from the IT manager.I worked in a combination of on-site and remote sessions.

I created this company to provide custom build computers to both private party and company office setups. This was a one-man operation and I was doing purchasing, technical work, customer service, sales, marketing, and support.This taught me irreplaceable experience in business and self-discipline.

While I was working there, I was mainly on the road with minimal supervision. I worked both remotely and in the office.
