Since 2014, I oversee the deployment of operating equipment, including all wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways. Manages the safety and accuracy of load, unload, and personnel being transported. Responsible for data review and detailed inspections of proper loading and unloading of cargo on vehicles and trailers, employing convoy defense techniques, Identifying, correcting or reporting all vehicle deficiencies, and preparing vehicle for movement/shipment by air, rail or vessel. Serves as the Unit Public Affairs Representative for my military unit. Responsibilities include establishing a Public Affairs Plan, interact with local media, draft and publish press release document leveraging strong communication skills – written and verbal. Coordinate unit events and community projects. Served as a member of the Military Funeral Honors Program with the Oklahoma Army National Guard. From 2014-2017, I leveraged people skills, coping, and communicating strengths to assist in rendering professional military funeral honors for over 270 funeral services, in accordance with service tradition, to all eligible veterans when requested by an authorized family member. Flexible and adaptable leadership skills shown through the successful execution of domestic convoy missions through California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana and Missouri. Leadership, commitment, and follow through have resulted in receiving several military commendations including the Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Oklahoma Military Funeral Honors Ribbon, Oklahoma Good Conduct Medal (6 Medals), Louisiana National Guard Emergency Service Medal and the Oklahoma National Guard Long Service Medal.

I possessed great communication skills and be able to explain the program’s goals and objectives to the public.◾Provide quality service through timely communication, regular meetings, training events and activities.In my time with the Boy Scouts, I raised over $110,000 to support our Local Scouting Efforts, created 7 new Scouting Units, recruited 452 youth for Scouting programs,developed curriculum to support Scouting Programs, and registered 533 youth for an annual weeklong summer camp at the Boathouse District in Oklahoma City.
