IIM-US was formed in January of 2018, after Intact’s acquisition of OneBeacon, as an internal investment management company charted to invest in and manage a $1.5 billion portfolio of USD corporate securities held to support Intact’s Canadian insurance operations. In addition to providing general leadership to portfolio management team, other duties include oversight of various administrative, compliance, and board governance activities.
