• Spearheads conceptualization and gives creative and art direction for all advertising and marketing collaterals (print, broadcast, web and TV), and merchandising of the 3 companies under the VBP Group: Derm Pharma.
• Spearheads the design of all packaging materials and merchandising of Dermclinic and JLC Miller products (e.g., Dermplus Sunblock, Gluta White and Firm, Regroe, PreGroe, NuDerm Sureme, etc.).
• Conducts presentations of creative department projects to the President and the marketing department heads.
• Does and checks copywriting and artworks of all advertising and marketing collaterals, and merchandising.
• Reviews, checks, proof, and approve all advertising and marketing collaterals, and packaging and merchandising materials.
• Does creative direction on photo shoots and TV segment shoots, as well as pre and post production.

• Liaises with the client and the company branch in Winston-Salem U.S.A. and Hong Kong.

• Graphic designs and hand-drawn illustrations for the company's clientele. The work is freelance and home-based. Work is done here in the Philippines and all files are sent to the company's office in Hong Kong via the.

• Provide creative and artistic input and direction on projects.

• Graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for Speed Magazine and Action & Fitness Magazine.

• Helped lay the groundwork for the standard operating procedures, as well as continuously find ways to improve the workflow.

• Provides Illustrations in pencils and inks for articles published in the different sections of the Ourturf.com website.
• Does 3-6 frame animation for the Ourturf.com website.
• Colors the illustrations by hand or computer.
• Helps in the layouts and enhancement of the artworks through the computer.

• Monitored the implementation of the required technology for the Conleaf-Philip Morris Leaf Development Project, which involved 27 farmers in 3 different towns in La Union.
• Monitored the construction of the model flue-curing barn sponsored by Philip Morris.
• Made on-hand decisions on problems incurred during the production of tobacco.
• Supervised the delivery and grading of tobacco leaves produced from the project.
• Prepared hard data on the results of the Conleaf-Philip Morris Leaf Development Project for the Crop Year 1998.
