The Data Enablement and Human Insights team at ATB is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems and processes that make HR data consumable to the business. The team also focuses on delivering advanced HR analytics and predictive modelling. As Product Owner, I developed the strategy and currently lead its implementation by ensuring that value to ATB is maximized with every product and insight that the team delivers.

As part of the Learning Reimagined team, my main focus is to develop a data-driven decision making culture within the HR function at ATB (People & Culture). To such end, I developed a Learning Analytics Strategy from the ground up and am currently leading its implementation. To support this main initiative I help the members of the learning team to build scientific rigour and a "data mindset" into their practices

As part of the Work Reimagined Team that supported the transition from MS Office to Google's GSuite I was selected to be part of the G-Evangelist Bootcamp. At Bootcamp, the cohort received training in the GSuite Tools, management of change and design thinking methods. As a researcher at the Theory and Modelling Group, I developed models for the rational design of surface modifications to Cellulose Nano Crystals with the aim of improving CNC dispersion properties in different media.

As a researcher in the IBI I conducted computational modelling of molecular nanopores for DNA sequencing, transport membrane proteins and catalytic graphene surfaces. I also developed novel methods to calculate transport energies in nanoscopic pathways using statistical mechanics and molecular simulations.

As a researcher in Prof. Alex Brown I used Artificial Neural Networks to develop analytical models that fit quantum chemistry calculations of potential energy surfaces. The fitted surfaces were used as input to quantum dynamic calculations.
