Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and management of our teams and projects in order to deliver software implementations for our government/justice agency clients in both Canada and the U.S. Successfully manage priorities and the delivery of multiple client projects, end-to-end in an agile environment. Participate in product development, lead sprint planning for product SDLC work streams and ensure effective communication between developers, delivery team, clients ongoing.Oversee all phases of our project lifecycles.Work with the Sales team to prepare winning proposals and contracts, extensive work in drafting RFP responses and participate in all processes for new business development such as sales presentations and consultation with potential clients.Oversee invoicing and forecast tracking, monitor and review budgets.Continuously analyze and implement tools to improve company wide processes and standards, delivering efficiencies required to increase profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.As a member of the management team, develop and implement strategic plans and work on corporate culture, coach and mentor all team members.
