· CLEAR Inc. is a Managed Service Provider with over 150 customers, specializing in providing IT services to its customers.· Operationally responsible for the performance of Technicians. Implemented team building exercises and regular team meetings on performance.· Streamlined technical department by Implementing “Work Smarter Not Harder” initiative. This included implementing/utilizing technical tools and centralized documentation.· Assisted with Implementation of Hybrid Contract that includes a permanent onsite employee at customer location.
