Current· CLEAR Inc. is a Managed Service Provider with over 150 customers, specializing in providing IT services to its customers.· Operationally responsible for the performance of Technicians. Implemented team building exercises and regular team meetings on performance.· Streamlined technical department by Implementing “Work Smarter Not Harder” initiative. This included implementing/utilizing technical tools and centralized documentation.· Assisted with Implementation of Hybrid Contract that includes a permanent onsite employee at customer location. Successfully managed remote employees by utilizing Office365 and Lync to stay in communication.· Improved procedures for employee onboarding.· Implemented “On-Call” program to increase service offering to customers.· Integrated HIPAA security standards companywide to match with business partner agreements to medical practice customers. Train employees on HIPAA standards.· Helped create standardized Messaging and security strategy/design for all Cloud based Email customers (Office 365, Lync).· Generate and maintain relationships with vendors based on standard hardware/software policies.· Assist with marketing/sales strategies and provide technical aspects during sales meetings.· Design networking solutions for customers including newly created networks and upgrades to existing networks. Manage the projects for implementation.· Maintain customer meetings to discuss service metrics and outline improvements. This included Bi-Annual customer surveys and follow-up on survey results.
