Current• Engage and interactively instruct 60 bilingual middle school students using e-learning tools with a strong focus on pedagogical rigor and differentiation• Develop standards-aligned curricula for a broad range of subjects including social studies, ESL, emotional literacy, financial literacy, and technology, spanning grades 6-12• Leverage technology to create standards-aligned, formative assessments in both English and Spanish• Conduct in-person and remote tech training sessions for fellow staff members• Foster a sense of community through mentorship, regular check-ins, progress monitoring/reporting, constructive feedback, and sharing tech-enhanced resources • Collaborate with a team of educators to enhance and adapt existing curricula to better align with evolving educational standards and best practices, ensuring students receive up-to-date and comprehensive content• Implement data-driven instructional strategies to analyze formative assessment results and tailor lesson plans accordingly, resulting in targeted interventions to address specific student needs and maximize learning outcomes
