Formalized quality assurance practices, implementing regression test suites, acceptance criteria, and key metrics tracking. Handled senior-level client interactions with some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, working with both business and technology users. Built a strong, self-sufficient team by adding key technical resources and instilling a culture of frequent, candid communication. Collaborated with partners and vendors internationally, traveling when necessary to ensure clear communication and develop relationships.
