Infrastructure Engineering Support - Pre-Provisioning Team LeadAs the leader of a team of 19 employees, I oversee the development of the backend documentation for an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform. Additionally, I manage smaller projects that require cross-team collaboration to improve our infrastructure and processes.

I collaborated with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory-Department of Defense Platform One team, where I performed cybersecurity analysis on software within their DevSecOps environment, effectively ensuring compliance with NIST 800-53 standards.

Also served as the ISSMEffectively led a team that varied in size from 4 to 20 employees, and successfully managed the IT Helpdesk while fulfilling the roles of CIO, IT Director, and Information System Security Manager (ISSM). My team and I were dedicated to ensuring the IT needs of staff were met, maintaining and expanding our cloud-based collaboration environment, and ensuring our IT infrastructure was prepared to meet future requirements.

As the second-in-command of the organization, I managed administrative responsibilities, including ensuring the HR needs of our 230 employees were met. Additionally, I oversaw the cybersecurity team, and was responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Defense regulations and frameworks to safeguard our organization against cyber threats.Also served as the Cybersecurity Manager.

I managed a team of 45 employees, ensuring the telecommunications requirements of the organization were met. I also implemented a comprehensive training program that ensured employees attained DoD 8570 compliance and journeyman-level skills before departing. Additionally, I fostered partnerships with neighboring departments for cross-training opportunities and to ensure similar positions were covered in the event of personnel rotation. Responsible for ensuring the IT infrastructure of the rotational force remained operational, and for planning and preparing to meet increased requirements.Also served as the Future Operations Manager.
