CurrentFundraising & Donor Relations:-Craft compelling messages that resonate with our supporters-Organize engaging campaigns and events -Maintain accurate donor records using Salesforce-Develop impactful fundraising materials, leading to increased donor contributions and a stronger community connectionCommunications & Media Relations:-Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies to bring our mission to life-Develop creative tactics for events, projects, and initiatives, overseeing the creation of promotional materials that capture our audience’s attention-Establish efficient internal communication processes and manage media relations-Organize memorable special events and build lasting relationships with supporters and participants-Edit all printed and electronic publications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our messaging-Monitor media coverage and provide critical issue reports to the CEO to enhance strategic decision-makingPhilanthropy & Grant Management:-Develop and support the execution of an annual fundraising plan, including events, appeals, and grant applications-Lead logistics for special events, collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure seamless and enjoyable operations-Manage the grant calendar, lead grant writing efforts, ensure timely submission of grant reports, and secure essential funding for our initiativesCoaching & Staff Development:-Assist with orientation, training, and coaching for staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a supportive work environment-Support staff with problem-solving and prioritization, ensuring efficient backup coverage and promoting teamworkAgency Leadership:-Promote the organization’s vision, mission, and values, and contribute to its growth and success-Provide strategic input for organizational development and improvement plans-Engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, serving as a role model for our core values and fostering an inclusive culture
