I help to take care of our warranty and customer issues we are seeing with our units. I then take them and see if we need to make a change on our production side of things to correct the issues or if we need to change how we engineer it. This will mean doing all the R&D for this then engineering the repairs procedure to correct it. I then write in our ECO's to make all changes happen. I go over all units to see if there is a way to improve our product to be the best. This is something I do as part of our engineering dept team.I also help our production team take care of many different issues that deals with the way we do things online, and different types of materials we use in our building process.

I ran all aspects of the day to day business. This includes our customer service, warranty, parts and service shop. I also did a lot of traveling to RV rallies to preform seminars to sale myself along with the services our company provided to be able to bring back customers to our shop for repairs. This was how I kept our techs busy and enabled us to grow as a company. We preformed all aspects of service along with many customer upgrades and refurbishing of the units. Such things like new full interior jobs and full body paints as well.

I overseen all of our service and parts dept. This includes running the day to day operations, overseeing all techs and repairs made by us on warranty and customer pay units. This is taking care of all inventory on parts and overseeing all parts dept orders. I took care of submitting all warranty claims and insuring we were paid on all accounts. I also work with our sales dept to take care of all sales and customer deliverers.

I started as a tech working on customer RV's and this included all aspects of the unit. Repairs with all electrical, chassis, windshields, flooring, and etc. I also did a lot of RV Rallies where I was then asked to go into our customer service and warranty dept. I was able to work more with our dealers and customers on the phone along with troubleshooting there issues. This allowed me to learn both sides of what are dealers and customer needed with warranty and technical assistance. I was asked to become the lead of that dept where I then overseen 18 other techs along with handling my own work and taking all major customer issues.

I started as a Tech/Salesman building and customizing golf carts along with having sold them. Over the years I learned more about the businesses and ending up overseeing several sales locations, parts dept, production, and service.I was involved in all aspects of the business from start to finish. This is billing, parts, dealing with vendors, our production line, daily builds, sales locations, inventory, all office processes, and all management plans.
