Served as the Assistant Program Manager and staff-level HRD Specialist for the Career Program 51 (General Administration and Support) functional community. Supported the organization in implementing workforce development strategic goals and objectives.Initiated, researched, applied benchmarking studies which addressed emerging competency gaps. Assisted in the development of policies and guidance for officials on workforce training and development plans.

• Lead consultant with delegated over-site in areas related to onsite and distance learning evaluation of training programs in the Standards, Integration, and Evaluations Office (SI&EO). Trained, advised and counseled Soldiers, family members, and DOD civilians on their educational and career goals. Counseling services include ISD on the Go Army Ed Learning Management Content System (LMCS), Federal Tuition Assistance, GI Bill benefits, Voluntary Education Programs, Veteran's education opportunities, state/federal governmental funding considerations, postsecondary programs, vocational-technical credentialing, certifications, veterans internships, and professional / personal development.

ISD, planned, implemented, trained and administered advice to Service-members, dependents, and DOD civilians on Education and Training Flight (E&TF) academic opportunities, GI Bill benefits, Federal Tuition Assistance LMCS, career and development programs. Provided individual, academic, and force development counseling on the Veterans Opportunity to Work (VOW) Act, adult education services, Veterans' educational benefits, vocational / technical certifications and professional development opportunites at all levels.

Served as a PFMC training Instructor responsible for curriculum development, ISD, communcating the importance of sound personal financial management and LMCS to Advanced Individual Training Soldiers assigned to the 169th Engineer Battalion. This course of instruction consisted of understanding the Defense Finance Accounting System, Veterans educational benefits, development of a spending plan, car buying, life/health insurance, and the Thrift Savings Plan.

Served as a Construction Management Adjunct Instructor responsible for providing technical and LMCS knowledge to adult learners. Instructional strategies involved curriculum development, lectures, field experiments, and hands-on demonstrations in a variety of Construction Management subjects. Mentored students to meet accreditation standards for specific post secondary certifications. Additionally, this program prepared adult learners for mid-level management positions in Organizational Management and a multitude of construction operations.
