Overseeing a national team operating across all nine provinces of South Africa, I had the privilege to steer both external and internal projects. External Projects:Banking Sector: Capitec BankLed the successful implementation of access control systems for over 1400 Capitec branches and ATM sites, cash transfer vehicles. Managed a substantial budget of R90 million, overseeing hardware installation and API integration. I implemented subsequent upgrade projects as the organization expanded. Additionally, I established and managed a support center to address customer requests and escalations, and directed system conversions for new expansions.Education Sector - Independent Examinations Board (IEB):I was responsible for the implementation of a specialized monitoring system across nearly 200 schools within the IEB network in Africa. Examinations are monitored, whilst in progress, via audio and video recording. Exam authorities are able to ascertain that the examinations have been conducted in a controlled and consistent manner and on a fair and transparent basis, with valid proof in the form of a full and non-erasable audit trail of all activities during the entire process. Coordinated the project from inception to completion.Internal Projects:Internal Efficiency - Process Improvements:Implemented a ticketing system to increase the efficiency by streamlining customer feedback mechanisms, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, and delivering comprehensive client reporting.Furthermore, I played an instrumental role in the creation and implementation of an advanced management tool. This tool included real-time communication and transparency across various departments, effectively breaking down silos that hindered collaboration. The impact of this system drastically reduced the internal invoicing turnaround time from a lengthy 30 days to immediate processing.

My main responsibility is to focus on all company products and the process of on-boarding potential clients in a quick and efficient manner.
