CurrentResponsible for Accounting/Finance and IT Operations; serve as primary point of contact for all IT, Network and Website matters. Directly responsible for all client reporting including domestic and international corporate clients, local, state, and federal government accounts, related to travel, budget, audits, and policy. Works with CEO regarding client solutions, marketing, airline, hotel, car rental and other vendor relationships. Manages accounting department and payroll operations which includes oversight of accounts receivables/payables, vendor transactions, tracking and reporting agent sales and commissions, staff quarterly incentives, and partner commissions. Oversees agency compliance with the Airlines Reporting Corporations and the ARC/ARA; ensures that agency accreditation is maintainedOversees NIST compliance for Federal contracts and successfully re-wrote and implemented security policies and procedures to become NIST compliant. Manages corporate credit cards, reconciliations, and virtual payment systems. Directly responsible for office security and facilities maintenance including vendor management, supplies, inventory, and relevant budgeting for multiple locations.
