As the Director of Operations at Give To Get, I drive operational efficiency across multiple departments, including Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Shipping, and Quality Control, ensuring seamless processes that support our core mission: delivering impactful, social responsible volunteer experiences. Reporting directly to the CFO, I manage teams across our Denver office and warehouse, overseeing everything from vendor negotiations to production schedules.My leadership is centered around collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring that our supply chain operations are flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of our clients. I develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and drive key performance metrics (KPIs), all while fostering a culture of accountability and open communication.A key part of my role involves supporting the Social Impact team, allowing us to create volunteer experiences that align with the unique goals of our clients. Whether it's negotiating with vendors, managing complex inventory needs, or ensuring timely shipments, I take pride in leading a department that enables our organization to deliver meaningful outcomes on time, every time.My focus on process improvement, resource allocation, and team empowerment ensures that we consistently exceed expectations, all while aligning with Give To Get's broader strategic goals.
