My role within ALR is to sell and support advanced lighting control systems into commercial buildings throughout Northern California, specifically focusing on the Silicon Valley area. Customers include Electrical Engineers, Electrical Contractors, Architects, General Contractors and End Users.

In my role of Sales Manager, OEM, I have sales responsibility for Lutron's LED drivers, fluorescent ballasts, and lighting controls to our various light fixture OEM channel partners. Specifically, I manage strategic OEM account relationships with the Big 4 lighting conglomerates of Philips, Acuity, Hubbell, and Cooper Lighting, plus independent lighting fixture manufactures in Western US and Canada.

Sales leader for commercial sales and services. I am responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with our channel partners and rep agency to effectively specify, sell, and implement lighting control systems into new and existing buildings with the purpose of reducing energy, enhancing visual comfort, and maximizing a buildings' efficiency. In addition to this, I also have direct Corporate Account Management responsibility for a few strategic California based Fortune 500 end-user clients.

I am responsible to drive Lutron sales by providing information, service, and business relationships to positively influence end user decision makers in the San Francisco Bay Area to view Lutron as their first and full choice for lighting controls. This includes vertical markets of healthcare, hospitality, commercial business, higher education, and more.

Selling commercial and high-end residential lighting products to Lighting Designers, Electrical Engineers, and Architects. Working towards having my products placed on a lighting fixture schedule on new or remodel construction projects.
