Exhaustive review of commercial leases on ad-hoc bases as well as part of large due diligence investigations, & drafting of commercial leases. Providing input in respect of potential mergers and acquisitions, from a commercial property perspective.

Involved in comprehensive commercial conveyancing & notarial-related work, including the development, establishment & registration of sectional title schemes; suburb/township establishment processes; land subdivision & consolidation, the drafting of - inter alia - commercial lease, development, servitude & sale agreements; & advising on real estate aspects of (i) acquisition &/or merger transactions; & (ii) real estate related litigation.

Tutoring work included that of tutoring first, second and third year students the Law of Delict and Constitutional Law multiple times a week. As Senior Tutor of the Constitutional Law course, I held responsibility for all first-hand management and administration work relating to all other tutors of the course.
