This software was designed to be SaaS ready and is now a stand-alone business unit actively being sold in the marketplace today and capturing unrealized company revenue. This software allowed TEN to grow 183%, capturing $25mm in new revenues in 2016-2017.• Directly responsible for all aspects of the end to end product life cycle for development, implementation and go to market release of the new SaaS ready technology. Including the development of a complete, multi-channel, go to market strategy aligned with corporate objectives and continuous LEAN development initiatives.• Spearheaded initial and continuous research, governing system rules, guidelines, documentation, outlined product requirements, budget, and scope development, as well as creation and execution of all presentations to inform stakeholders and gain acceptance. 34 was a 15 EE payment gateway technology provider, venture capital investment firm and the largest exclusive reseller and integrated technology partner of Cinsay. Cinsay had 150 EE’s and partnered with 34 for technology, sales, contacts, investment and operational support.Key Accomplishments:• Solely created integration strategies, road maps, documentation and performed flawless stakeholder management across all departments while executing all project management plans for native integration, and successful end to end completion of the multi-million-dollar, joint venture technology merger between 34 and Cinsay. • Assisted sales teams in presenting as the technical expert and closer for all enterprise and mid-market prospect opportunities.
