• Provide support & assume account management responsibilities 18 assigned accounts, including the responsibility for persistency and delivery of high-level customer service. • Develop relationships & maximize retention of existing business and growth of new opportunities. • Service clients; act as a liaison to appropriate Delta staff to resolve claim concerns, address any eligibility submission issues, attend open enrollment and benefit fairs as needed. • Monitoring group accounts; track and follow-up on problems and concerns; escalating issues to the appropriate level when necessary. • Review contracts, amendments and evidence of coverage or summary of plan descriptions for accuracy prior to the release, to the clients, brokers, or consultants. • Ensure that all systems reflect the client’s benefits accurately.• Consistently supporting company compliance guidelines
