Audio Visual Technical Lead

Own, manage, administer and support Audio Visual and Video Conferencing hardware, software and services at 12+ domestic and international offices. Perform routine health checks on conference rooms, interactive displays and digital signage. Provide preventative maintenance and software/firmware updates. Troubleshoot and fix global systems and AV equipment issues. Coordinate with service providers, vendors and contractors for break-fix, RMAs and maintenance issues provided by SOW. Escalate issues and track through resolution and RCA.Oversee and manage global expansion with AV retrofits and new builds. Work with AV System integrators during the spec, design, vendor selection and new build processes. Successfully deployed AV for 88 new spaces (including: conference rooms, all-hands, training space, wayfinders, and digital signage) at the new construction building in Santana Row, San Jose. Work with IT Security, Networking and Facilities to assess risks, identify AV system requirements, and coordinate install schedules.Plan, produce and oversee AV and technical direction for company-wide all-hands and departmental meetings. Provide AV support for special events and training sessions.
